Costs in the construction business are exploding? The Austrian company RINGER GmbH has developed a time- and cost-saving slab formwork system that was recently ranked the fastest system on the market in an independent comparative study. It can also be witnessed in action at the bauma trade fair in Munich at the end of October 2022.
For decades, the Upper Austrian family-owned company RINGER has been known throughout the industry for its innovative solutions in scaffolding and formwork construction. Thanks to its high level of customer orientation, RINGER is now one of the industry giants in Austria and within Europe.
Efficiency on the construction site
The innovative AluDEK system from RINGER combines the advantages of a modular slab formwork system with those of a conventional slab formwork system. It consists of only three main components: the 1,35x1,35m big aluminium panel (1,82m²) equipped with 12mm high-quality plywood, the AluDEK head for all applications (edge, joint and corner areas) as well as 20 kN props according to EN1065.
The low weight of only 16kg/m² enables fast and safe installation from ground level.

Designed for maximum efficiency
Small compensation areas and walls are flexibly infilled with compatible AL2000 wall formwork panels as well as with infill beams and 3S formwork sheets from RINGER.Therefore, any floor plan can be realized quickly - for slab thicknesses up to 35cm without additional support. Thicker slabs can also be realized with the appropriate additional support.
Stripping, cleaning and storage are also quick and easy. Thanks to its compact design, AluDEK is one of the most economical modular slab formwork system in terms of transport volume. RINGER Systems are optimized for easy handling and maximum efficiency. This pays off.
The fastes among modular slab formwork systems.
The reputed "Institut for time management and construction business consultancy" in Neu-Isenburg (Germany, www.betriebsberatung-bau.de) evaluated 18 slab formwork systems on different floor plans and room heights and published the results in its latest handbook.Except for one superstructure variant, in which RINGER AluDEK was as fast as the competition, AluDEK proved to be the significantly fastest system in all categories. Even compared to the runner-up, AluDEK still achieved an average 10% lead.*

The outstanding performance of the RINGER system is appreciated by customers both nationally and internationally.
