In Rheydt, in the large German city of Mönchengladbach, thirteen barrier-free new homes are currently being built in a very central location.
The three-story building offers space for thirteen light-flooded apartments ranging in size from 62m² to 151m². On the third floor of the building there is also a spacious penthouse apartment. The central location and barrier-free orientation of the building are particularly noteworthy. The project is being implemented by Artefakt Bauunternehmen GmbH, a loyal customer of RINGER in western Germany. During the construction of this residential complex, the DIBt-certified RINGER Double Guardrail Scaffold ensured safe working on the facade as well as on the roof catchment. The galvanized and therefore very weather-resistant scaffolding was particularly convincing due to the simple handling with only 3 main parts. The AL2000 was used as a wall formwork system. The aluminum formwork system is very light and therefore it is perfect for forming by hand. The stable and ergonomic geometry of the AL2000 system also ensures easy handling and cleaning. The slabs were formed with a conventional Flex-Slab formwork.
