Highest residential building in Slovenia with RINGER

The 21-storey apartment complex SPEKTRA on Celovška cesta in Ljubljana consists of two towers that rise above the extended ground floor for offices and stores. Both towers will house a total of 208 apartments. With a total height of 85m, this makes the building the tallest residential building in Slovenia.

The construction contractor Gorenjska gradbena druzba d.d. relies on formwork and scaffolding solutions from RINGER for the project. The direct local contact is the subsidiary in Slovenia, which was established in 2021.

The two-year construction project required a wall formwork system that, on the one hand, ensured rapid construction progress, but also met the highest demands on robustness on the other. The RINGER Steel Master with panel sizes up to 330x240cm is used in the control areas. The lightweight column ST2000 is used in areas not accessible by the crane. This system combines robustness and transportation by hand in an optimal way.

The RINGER AluDEK is used for quick and cost-effective formwork of the ceilings. A total of 3000m² of the lightweight aluminium frame formwork (16kg/m²) ensure rapid construction progress. The system combines the advantages of a panel slab formwork with the advantages of conventional beam formwork. Thanks to the mature, stable aluminium construction, ceilings up to 30cm thick can be concreted without additional underlay. Standard props with a load capacity of 20kN are sufficient. In the overhanging areas RINGER concreting tables are used, fitting areas are solved with the RINGER Flex-System. 3S platforms provide the necessary safety on site and comfort during concreting.

We are already looking forward to the completion of this impressive building.

Let´s build!
