AL2000 AluDEK
The construction of the new parking garage of the Wellnesshotel Dilly in Windischgarsten is progressing rapidly. On a built-up area of 1,300m², comfortable parking spaces for future guests are being created on three levels. The company Schopper Bau GmbH from Kremsmünster, which relies on the formwork competence of RINGER, was commissioned with the structural work.
The walls of the parking garage were formed with the lightweight aluminium formwork AL2000. The panels can be moved both manually and with the crane, which ensures fast construction progress in every phase. The unique advantage of the RINGER AL2000 wall formwork is, that it can also be used as ceiling formwork.
Due to an optimal planning of the workflows and the available formwork panels, the barely available AL2000 panels were used for the ceiling formwork. The missing areas were supplemented with lightweight AluDEK slab formwork panels to ensure optimum utilization of the material on the construction site. This was made possible by the AluDEK-Head, which is suitable for both AL2000 and AluDEK panels. Thanks to the mature, stable aluminium construction, the ceilings could be concreted without additional underlay. Standard props were sufficient.
Since the panels of both systems are very light, they could be installed optimally from the ground. On the one hand, this saves time and on the other hand increases the safety of the workers, since there is no risk of falling. The panels are hooked into the AluDEK-Head on one side, folded up with the assembly bar and inserted into the next head.
